The CHARITY MARKET @ Art House

It's always nice to help people and especially through interesting events!

A pioneering and unique "MARKET" does its first appearence in Thessaloniki. Holy Moustache, Maria Dolores and Stella Veentaz join hands with ART HOUSE and present "THE CHARITY MARKET", an event that art, alternative trading and exchanging economy meet the sensibility of charity. Artists, craftmen, collectors and people that alter vintage clothing or create homemade stuff will present their collections for 2 days to all 3 floors of a truly beautiful neoclassical building at Vogatsikou street during 3 and 4 of March 2012, 14:00-00:00.

20% of the value in every sale will be given for the purchase of optimum quality biological and cold-pressed olive oil that is produced with traditional methods of agriculture from Greek producers and then will be donated to child care institution or to unprivileged families that have the need of our support. 

CHARITY MARKET event tries to: 
  • bring back to our everyday life meanings like solidarity, cooperation and charity.
  • bring in contact new and recognized creators.
  • support artists, collectors and creators diplaying their work and bringing them in conctat with the public.
In CHARITY MARKET, you will find: 
  • ART ( selected artwork from a group of artists with the care of Holy Moustache)
  • VINTAGE & RECYCLING ( selected collectors and alterers)
  • DESIGNERS (selected new designers of clothes and not only)

GUESTS:
"ΑΝΤΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ"
The beloved organisation of clothing exchange will take place at the first floor.

MUSIC:
DJs and Musicians will try to entertain everyone. 
The best part will be Saturday's closing party with gust Dj JILES JOHN from Otherwise project.

PARTICIPATION:
Every exhibitor will have an avaliable space of 2x1 m. and for both days the entry fee is 50 euros.
