Hand Creams for Brittle Nails & Ugly Cuticles: MABH RBQ

Madhulika asks..Hi Lancy,Since last few days I am battling this serious issue and could not find a proper solution, that is, poor condition of my hands. Its specially because of dead tissues and cuticles which I am unable to remove in spite of several efforts. Even tried manicure but not of much help. My hands are even discolored and looking so dirty (at fingertips), even I am facing trouble
