THE ABSTRACT

The study examines The Role of Leadership on Workers Performance in an organisation ‘A case study of PZ Cussons Plc’.  Employee is a key element of the organisation. The success or failure of any organisation depends on employee performance. Therefore, organisation are investing huge amount of money on employee development.

This paper analyses the theoretical framework and models related to employee development and employee performance. The data used for this research work was gathered from primary data, some vital information and data were also collected from PZ Cussons official website. The process is to bring a better understanding of the role of leaders in the organisation as a body and bring solution to various problems.
